Based in the West Midlands, we serve clients across the UK, including the Midlands, London, Northwest, and Southwest. Who we are

SECTORS

Health

DMR has extensive experience in healthcare, working with NHS Trusts nationwide on complex, safety-critical projects since 2000. We now apply this expertise to construction projects for local Hospital Trusts.

Education

DMR specialises in educational projects. We are a preferred supplier for the University of Warwick and a framework contractor for Solihull College and University, and the University of Birmingham.

Residential

Residential projects were initially the core of our services, as we have successfully delivered several high-end developments.

Commercial

Our site team has a strong background in shopfitting, which has enabled us to deliver a variety of shops and restaurants.

Community Trusts

DMR is exploring a new sector by partnering with several Community Trusts and aims to expand further in this area.

Fire

As a BM Trada Approved Fire Door Installer, DMR offers fire door installation services across a various sectors.

Healthcare

Refurbishment of Ward 11, Birmingham Childrens and Womens NHS Foundation Trust. Refurbishment of the existing Ward 11 to provide a new neo-natal unit. Flood repairs to A Block, Solihull College and University. Refurbishment of Strafford colleges teaching block following flood damage. Works included new flooring, ceilings, lighting and joinery works. Ask for more details about this project

House Refurbishment and Sustainability. Works included the complete strip out, reconfiguration, upgrade and installation of sustainable heating and electrical works.
